TruReflection Salon opened its doors in May 2017 in the heart of the St. Joseph neighborhood of downtown Indianapolis. From the beginning, our mission has been to go above and beyond for every guest, delivering exceptional service while continually exceeding expectations. Our team is deeply passionate about their craft and committed to ongoing education to stay current with trends, techniques, and innovation. All haircare products we offer are thoughtfully hand-selected to be cruelty-free, environmentally conscious, and healthy for the hair.

I found TruReflection because they offered Olaplex treatments, which I was in desperate need of after over-processing my hair, and I've never looked back! The women are extremely welcoming, which makes the salon feel like home. I genuinely would trust any stylist with my hair. And if their professionalism and high quality service wasn't enough, you can also enjoy a nice beverage (if that's your thing) while they give you the hair of your dreams! This place is such a great find! The atmosphere of the salon is excellent and all the stylists are super friendly as well. I've been going here since they opened and always walk away happy. I love that you can easily schedule an appointment online. When you arrive they greet you and ask if you'd like something to drink and then promptly start your services. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes to get started. The salon is really adorable inside with all the custom wood shelves and stylist stations. I also love the products they use which help my hair feel so healthy when I leave. Definitely will be back and would recommend.
Sheena and her staff are awesome! TruReflection Salon has such positive vibes the minute you walk in the door. The entire staff is so talented and yet unpretentious and always welcoming. I've been a client of Sheena's for probably over 9 years, and followed her from Beech Grove to downtown. Every inch of this salon reflects her desire to help her clients be the best possible version of themselves. Its a shame I only go once a month, I would hang out with these girls anytime!
