Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

We want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to re-book it. To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 48-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No Shows will be charged 100%. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment. We thank you for supporting us by respecting our policy.
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
We are a baby-friendly, breast feeding friendly environment, but we ask that mobile children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety.
We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes, pricing, or to gain a new perspective- Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist at TruReflection Salon , we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your needs.
Client satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting or have received please do not hesitate to reach out to us at , or 317-986-7004. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however we will happily make adjustments to the original service upon approval of your stylist. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.
Model services are not eligible for future adjustments.
Returns on retail items can be refunded as long as it is returned within 5 days of purchasing. We do not exchange products or give salon credit. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned.
